Although these menus were designed as “Buffets” they can easily be converted into full-service, sit-down, served dinners.

90% of what we make is gluten-free. With the exception of pasta and bread of course. All of our soups, sauces, and gravies are gluten-free. We use only non-GMO proteins, fresh produce, and the purest of oils – extra virgin olive, virgin coconut, extra virgin avocado, organic sesame, and ghee.
