Pecan Salmon — dusted with pecan meal, pan-seared, Frangelico butter sauce

White Fish Piccata — swai fish, sauteed, white wine lemon butter sauce with capers and fresh basil

Cioppino (Italian fish stew) — clams, mussels, shrimp, calamari, white fish, onion, fresh fennel, garlic white wine plum tomato sauce with fresh herbs. [Great served over pasta, rice or risotto]

Primavera — baked white fish topped with sliced red onion, pear tomatoes, fresh basil, white wine, and sliced lemon

Blackened Mahi-Mahi — fresh Mahi, cajun spice, pan-seared, cilantro-lime vinaigrette
