Ready To Eat Meals

Our menu changes at 1:00 am each Friday. Tuesday is the earliest pickup-day available each week. Orders can be placed for “Next Day Pickup” Monday through Friday. All we ask for is 24-hours to prepare your meals. 

In order to ensure the freshness of your meals, we ask that you choose pickup or delivery within the same week.

Category Descriptions:

Flex-Meals – nutritionally balanced meals designed for the active adult. All meals are prepared with lean meats, clean carbs, and healthy fats.

Classic Meals – this is the restaurant category. All meals are prepared exactly how you would expect them to be if you were dining in an upscale restaurant.

Keto Meals – designed to help your body achieve ketosis. All meals are 5-10% carbohydrate, 20-25% protein, and 70-75% fat.

Paleo Meals – all meals are prepared with non-GMO ingredients and are free of dairy, wheat, soy, legumes, and refined sugars.

Whole30 – the strictest form of paleo. Whole30 says exactly what it is. Eat only whole foods (nothing processed) for 30 days to reset your body’s metabolism.

Vegetarian – all meals are prepared without animal proteins or animal by-products. Some meals may contain dairy.

Vegan – all meals are plant-based. Absolutely NO animal products are used in our Vegan meals.
